1. Fill out online donation request forms (we have links and will send you all the info you will need to fill these out)
2. Email possible donors to ask for donations
3. Go to businesses in person to ask for sponsorship or donation 
4. Find new donors and sponsors
5. Mail request letters/sponsorship letters
6. Pick up items in person (mostly Scottsboro, Rainsville area, sometimes Huntsville, Birmingham, etc)
7. Photograph donations
8. List items on auction
9. Make Facebook and Instagram posts
10. Write thank you letters and email or mail them
11. Create graphics (for Facebook, postcards, newspaper ads, etc)
12. Make a mailing list for postcards
13. Contact newspapers and radio stations in advance
14. Carry things to storage unit
15. Arrange pickup & meet people to pick up items
16. Package and mail items
17. Write thank you letter to send to all donors and sponsors after the auction.
